    1、 Rust prevention method:

    1. Electroplating heat method. Metal materials such as aluminum, zinc, etc. that are not easy to rust on the surface of the sand making machine are electroplated or heated. After plating these metal materials, a dense oxide film can be formed on the surface of the sand making machine to prevent the material from coming into contact with water and air, thus preventing rust;

    2. Coating method. Applying oily materials, paint, etc. on the surface of the sand making machine can isolate the iron of the machine from external water and oxygen, thereby achieving oxidation and rusting of the machine;

    3. Material method. General sand making machines are made of iron. In order to prevent rust, we can use alloy materials to produce sand making machines, which can fundamentally solve the problem of rust on sand making machines;

    4. Environmental Law. Rust on a sand making machine is usually caused by the oxidation reaction between iron and water, so by keeping the working environment dry, it can also prevent rust on the sand making machine.

    Firstly, I would like to remind everyone that most mining equipment, such as sand machines, crushers, and grinders, are basically made of steel. Long term outdoor operations or sufficient water vapor, coupled with a period of idle time, can lead to rusting of the body, which is a normal chemical reaction. There is also rust on the internal crushing chamber of the machine, which is caused by friction between its inner wall and materials (usually harder rocks, ores, etc.) during the crushing process, causing scratches on its inner wall, which can easily rust if left unused for a long time. Rust is not a big deal, but it should be dealt with in a timely manner to prevent it from rusting for a long time, causing damage to the machine and affecting the normal use of the sand making machine. There are four main methods for rust removal:

    1. Chemical rust removal method: It is a rust removal method that mainly utilizes the chemical reaction between acid and metal oxides to remove the rust products on the metal surface of efficient sand making machines, commonly known as acid washing rust removal. This rust removal can only be operated in the workshop;

    2. High pressure water abrasive rust removal: Use the impact effect of high-pressure water jet (combined with the grinding effect of abrasive) and water prying effect to remove rust and coating on the steel plate of the sand making machine. Its characteristic is no dust pollution, does not damage the steel plate, greatly improves the rust removal efficiency, can reach over 15m2/h, and has good rust removal quality. However, the steel plate after rust removal is prone to rusting, and special wet rust removal coatings must be applied, which has a significant impact on the coating of general performance coatings;

    3. Small scale pneumatic or electric rust removal: mainly powered by electricity or compressed air, equipped with appropriate rust removal devices for reciprocating or rotary motion to meet the rust removal requirements of various occasions;

    4. Apply anti oxidation paint: Apply mineral oil, paint, or fired enamel, spray molding, etc. on the surface of iron products. Plating a layer of non rusting metals such as zinc, tin, chromium, etc. on the surface of steel by electroplating, hot plating, or other methods
